These apartments are funded through WHEDA's tax-credit program, a WHEDA Loan, or HUD's HOME & Section 236 Programs. 

The rents are flat-rate rent; they are not subsidized, so you may pay more than 30% of your income. 

ASK about the accessible units if you need one.  Accessibility varies, so make sure the unit fits YOUR needs.
